First - Regardless of what else you do, get a copy of John Warren's "The Loving Dominant". it covers a lot of information that you will eventually need, and serves as a good guide for safely exploring your development as a dominant and may help you weigh advice you get from others.

Second - Much of what you're looking for, you may well find on this and other forums. The folks here and at SMPlace have plenty of experience, the ability to reflect wisely and add insight to your situation.

If you really want one on one help you may want to read through the forums and track the advice of many of the participants. If you find a continual point of reference with one, seek him or her out privately. Most all of us are willing to help.

Warren also has a site that offers online classes, and links to local support groups.
